Landmark Homes is a residential and commercial real estate developer based in Colorado. To revitalize their brand, a new brand design was created to convey more depth and meaning through the logo and differentiate through a distinct color palette and photography style. The new logo’s “arch” and monogram were created to communicate strength, innovation, beauty, and longevity. The arch was also intended to be used as a storytelling device to convey how Landmark Homes empowers its customers: through new beginnings and a window/doorway into the future.
